Students will learn how to create a new file in Powerpoint. Students will learn how to choose a Theme.

Getting Started with Powerpoint

For this project we will be using a new app called Microsoft Powerpoint. Powerpoint is used for making slideshow. Look for the icon below to open it up.

The first thing we need to do is choose a Theme for our slideshow. In Powerpoint Theme means how the slides will look. Once you choose a theme, you will see your title slide. This is the first slide of your slideshow.

For the title - write: Hardware and Software. For the subtitle - write your name and class number.

Today's Assignment

Create a new Microsoft Powerpoint Slideshow. Choose a Theme, and fill in your Title Slide. Please save this file on your Desktop as "Your Name" + HS.
